Vice President, AI Go-to-Market

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, AI Go-to-Market to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This leader will shape the commercial strategy for AI offerings, bringing structure and momentum to a fast-moving market within enterprise software.

The role will partner closely with sales, marketing, and technical pre-sales teams to create demand, accelerate adoption, and support complex customer conversations.

The Vice President will also guide a high-performing team, develop repeatable plays, and translate AI capabilities into clear business value for customers.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-performing team of AI professionals
• Establish performance metrics and priorities aligned with business goals
• Define and execute an innovative go-to-market strategy for AI technologies
• Create demand and accelerate adoption through marketing and sales collaboration
• Lead high-value AI sales opportunities from discovery to close
• Engage with senior leaders to align AI solutions with customer goals
• Develop repeatable go-to-market plays based on successful customer engagements

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise tech, SaaS, AI, or go-to-market leadership
• Proven track record of establishing go-to-market strategies for emerging technologies
• Successful experience in driving pipeline and revenue growth in complex sales
• Experience in leading technical pre-sales or customer-facing teams
• Strong understanding of AI capabilities and their business application
