Role Description As a Product Designer Intern, you’ll work closely with our founders, product team, and engineers to design new features and improve existing product experiences.

This role is primarily focused on mobile product design, UI/UX, and user flows. You’ll help turn product ideas into intuitive, polished screens that can ultimately be built and shipped.

We’re looking for someone with strong visual taste, attention to detail, and an interest in consumer technology and mobile apps.ipation in design critiques, and exposure to AI-driven product development practices.

Qualifications

• Design mobile app screens and features. Create polished UI for new and existing Ping product experiences.
• Build user flows and wireframes. Help translate product ideas into clear user journeys, flows, and screen structures.
• Create high-fidelity designs in Figma. Turn concepts and wireframes into production-ready designs.
• Improve existing product experiences. Review current screens and identify opportunities to make the app more intuitive, simple, and visually consistent.
• Collaborate with the product team. Work with product managers and founders to brainstorm features and explore different design solutions.
• Work with engineers. Prepare designs, specifications, and assets to support implementation and help ensure the final product matches the intended experience.
• Support user testing and iteration. Incorporate feedback from users and the team into updated designs.
• Research product and design trends. Explore consumer apps and relevant products to identify strong interaction patterns, visual ideas, and UX inspiration.
• Contribute to our design system. Help maintain consistency across components, typography, spacing, interactions, and other product design elements.

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable designing in Figma
• Good understanding of mobile UI/UX principles
• Able to communicate the reasoning behind design decisions
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
• Experience designing mobile apps or digital products is strongly preferred
