Azure Kubernetes

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and manage Kubernetes clusters and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and ingress.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and YAML.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Bicep, and/or ARM Templates.
• Configure and troubleshoot Kubernetes networking, ingress, workloads, scaling, and deployments.
• Implement Azure security controls including RBAC, Entra ID, Managed Identity, Key Vault, and access policies.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana, and Application Insights.
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes, AKS, deployment, networking, performance, and production issues.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks and improve deployment and infrastructure processes.
• Follow cloud security, availability, scalability, and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams to resolve technical issues and deliver solutions.

Mandatory Skills

• 6–10 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, Kubernetes, or related infrastructure roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Good knowledge of Docker, Helm, Kubernetes networking, ingress, and workload management.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and YAML-based deployments.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Bicep, and/or ARM Templates.
• Good understanding of Azure networking and security.
• Experience with RBAC, Microsoft Entra ID, Managed Identity, and Azure Key Vault.
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana, and Application Insights.
• Strong troubleshooting, automation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
