AI Training Specialist

Duties

• Develop and design innovative training programs and instructional content tailored to AI and related IT topics, including software training, product training, and e-learning courses.
• Deliver instructor-led training sessions both virtually via online platforms and in person, ensuring clarity and engagement for diverse audiences.
• Create comprehensive e-learning modules using platforms such as LMS (Learning Management System), Adobe Captivate, and other authoring tools to facilitate self-paced learning experiences.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and customize training solutions that align with organizational goals and client requirements.
• Provide technical support during training sessions, troubleshoot software issues, and assist learners with platform navigation or technical difficulties.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop instructional materials that incorporate multimedia elements using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and HTML coding when necessary.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback collection, and analysis skills to continuously improve program quality and learner outcomes.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for creating instructional materials and reports.
• Extensive experience with online training platforms such as LMS, SharePoint, and Adobe Captivate for course development and delivery.
• Strong background in instructional design principles tailored for professional development in information technology fields.
• Knowledge of computer networking, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), AWS cloud services, Oracle databases, EMR systems, HTML coding, Java programming language, and help desk support.
• Skilled in software troubleshooting across various applications including Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Dreamweaver), Adobe Acrobat, Visio, Help Desk tools, and Google Workspace applications.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new training programs aligned with corporate objectives while maintaining high standards of instructional content development.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience teaching information technology topics such as computer management systems, operating systems fundamentals, network security basics, and product-specific training instruction.
• Familiarity with e-learning platform instructional content development for platforms like LMS or custom online portals.
• Strong analysis skills to evaluate training effectiveness and adapt content accordingly for maximum impact.

Pay: $41.23 - $49.65 per hour
