$70,304.00/Yr. - $80,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 12.5%Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 12.5%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Axos is seeking an Executive Assistant who will be responsible for managing executive’s schedule, arranges travel, prepares reports, and coordinates meetings. Handles confidential information, communicates with high-level contacts, and provides administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Answering telephone, taking messages and answering routine questions.
• Book travel for guests, applicants and employees.
• Greet and check-in clients and other guests for meetings and events.
• Create and edit various documents and presentations for internal and external speeches and events.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma is required
• 0-3 years administrative experience
