Your Opportunity to Lead Marketing Growth and AI Strategy

This is a senior strategy role for individuals committed to helping organizations improve how they reach, engage, and retain customers. You will work closely with marketing leaders, commercial stakeholders, and client teams, providing guidance and implementing practical strategies to support measurable grow

th.While primarily remote, you will lead virtual workshops, strategic discussions, and occasional site visits to foster collaboration and help ensure agreed marketing and AI initiatives are successfully appli ed.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing Gro wth: Design and support practical marketing-growth strategies that improve audience engagement, campaign effectiveness, conversion opportunities, and commercial performa nce.
• AI-Enabled Marketing Strat egy: Assess and recommend responsible AI-enabled workflows that may support content development, customer insight, marketing operations, campaign planning, and decision-mak ing.
• Leadership and Strategic Guida nce: Guide marketing leaders and stakeholder teams through strategic planning, growth priorities, and implementation roadm aps.
• Workshops and Facilitat ion: Develop and lead virtual and in-person workshops, discovery sessions, and planning discussions that help teams turn strategy into act ion.
• Collaborative Supp ort: Build strong relationships with client and internal stakeholders, fostering a culture of innovation, responsible experimentation, and continuous improvem ent.
• Results-Oriented Appro ach: Use relevant data, stakeholder insight, and performance indicators to evaluate marketing effectiveness, refine priorities, and support measurable improvem ent.
• Responsible AI Pract ice: Consider data privacy, brand standards, quality controls, client confidentiality, and applicable policies when evaluating AI-enabled marketing approac hes.

Relevant backgrounds may include marketing strategy, growth marketing, consulting, agency strategy, business development, customer experience, digital transformation, or organizational leadership.

• Marketing Growth and Strategy Experience: Demonstrable experience in marketing strategy, growth strategy, consulting, agency strategy, commercial transformation, or a closely related client-facing discipline.
• Growth and Change Leadership: Ability to develop and implement practical strategies that improve marketing performance, operational efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and customer outcomes.
• AI and Technology Awareness: Practical understanding of how AI can be evaluated and applied in marketing contexts, with sound judgment around data privacy, brand quality, and responsibl e
