We are seeking an experienced Siding Project Manager to oversee residential siding installations throughout Central Indiana. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading crews, solving problems, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Position Summary

The Siding Project Manager will manage multiple active siding projects daily, serving as the primary liaison between homeowners, installation crews, suppliers, and company leadership. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, profitably, and with outstanding customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience with both vinyl siding and James Hardie fiber cement siding systems, strong communication skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee 5+ active siding projects simultaneously
• Coordinate installation crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries
• Conduct pre-construction job reviews and project kickoff meetings
• Visit active job sites daily to ensure quality and production standards
• Verify proper installation of vinyl and James Hardie siding products
• Communicate project updates with homeowners and internal teams
• Resolve jobsite issues, customer concerns, and installation challenges
• Perform final inspections and quality control checks
• Maintain project schedules and ensure jobs stay on budget
• Document project progress using company software and photos
• Enforce company safety standards and OSHA requirements
• Coordinate punch lists and warranty work as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential construction project management experience
• Siding installation knowledge required
• Experience with James Hardie siding preferred
• Strong understanding of residential construction practices
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect work at various heights
• Proficient with smartphones, tablets, and construction management software
