Business Analyst – AI & Automation

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to support business process improvement, requirement analysis, and AI-powered automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Understand workflows and identify process-improvement opportunities.
• Prepare business requirement documents, process flows, and user stories.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Identify repetitive processes suitable for automation.
• Support testing, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Analyze business data and prepare reports using MS Excel.
• Assist with AI agents, APIs, n8n, and workflow-automation solutions.
• Monitor project requirements, progress, and deliverables.
• Research emerging AI and automation technologies.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of business processes and workflows
• Knowledge of requirement gathering and documentation
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and presentation tools
• Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical teams

• Willingness to learn new technologies and tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in BBA, MBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc, BA, or a related field
• Freshers and candidates with up to two years of experience may apply
• Internships or academic projects in Business Analysis, Operations, IT, or Automation are preferred
• Exposure to ERP/SAP, RPA, APIs, AI tools, or process management will be an advantage
