Job Overview

We are looking for a technically skilled and reliable IT Network & Technical Support Executive to join our team in Mohali for the Night Shift.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT support, network troubleshooting, Microsoft Office 365, Windows/Desktop Support, hardware troubleshooting, VoIP/telephone systems, and basic Azure services.

Candidates who are available for part-time work may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Microsoft Office 365 applications and user accounts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Internet and network connectivity issues.
  • Handle Telephone/VoIP and communication system related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve printer, scanner, and peripheral device issues.
  • Provide basic support for Microsoft Azure services and user access.
  • Troubleshoot Windows, hardware, software, and system-related issues.
  • Monitor and resolve IT support tickets within defined timelines.
  • Assist employees with technical queries and provide remote IT support when required.
  • Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions, IT assets, and support activities.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate technical/IT team.
  • Ensure timely resolution of day-to-day IT issues to minimize business disruption.

Required Skills

  • Microsoft Office 365 administration and troubleshooting
  • Internet & Network Troubleshooting
  • Basic understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi
  • Printer, Scanner & Hardware Troubleshooting

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure

  • Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • IT ticketing and incident management
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently during the night shift
