Degree Educated | Hedge Fund, PE, Family Office or Investment Management Experience Essential | Available ASAP Preferred
A highly prestigious Hedge Fund is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a high-performing investment team and assist with the smooth running of its New York office. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished EA looking to further develop their career within a highly successful investment environment.
The New York office is a close-knit team of circa 8 people. You will work closely alongside a fellow EA/Office Manager who has been with the firm since it opened its NY office. This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a lean, collaborative environment where humility, ownership and a genuine team-player mentality are highly valued.
This is a hands-on role. Alongside first-class executive support, you will be happy helping wherever needed, whether that’s coordinating meetings and events, answering phones, assisting colleagues or ensuring the office runs smoothly day to day.
Key requirements:
✔ Degree educated
✔ Executive Assistant experience gained within a Hedge Fund, Private Equity, Asset Management, Investment Management or Family Office environment
✔ Exceptional attention to detail
✔ Complex diary and international travel management experience
✔ Highly polished, professional and articulate
✔ A genuine team player who enjoys working within a lean, high-performing environment
Immediate availability or a short notice period would be a significant advantage.
