  • Base Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 (with slight flexibility for exceptional experience)
  • Bonus: Discretionary annual bonus
  • Equity: Equity participation included
  • Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision packages, plus an unlimited PTO policy

Schedule and Location

  • Work Structure: Hybrid arrangement requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

  • Administrative Support: Manage phone coverage and provide light support for travel coordination and expense reporting.
  • Special Projects and Culture Initiatives: Drive ad-hoc projects from conception to completion. This role offers significant exposure to employee engagement initiatives and internal event planning (such as corporate functions and team happy hours) rather than day-to-day HR operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience with a minimum of 3-5 years of C-suite /Senior Level Executive Assistant experience
  • Professional experience within a large corporate environment is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is essential, with an emphasis on Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and follow-up capabilities. You must demonstrate superior judgment, a calm demeanor under pressure, and absolute discretion regarding sensitive, confidential company matters.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for a dedicated self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the willingness to adjust hours when project deadlines require it.
  • A BA/BS degree is preferred; prior experience supporting an HR or People function is a plus.
