Ai Engineer

In your first month you will take ownership of an existing AI component, review its codebase, and begin delivering incremental improvements. You’ll collaborate with a small, focused team to integrate new models, set up testing pipelines, and ensure the solution runs reliably in production.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and refactor the current AI module written in Python.

• Implement new model features and improve performance metrics.

• Write unit and integration tests to maintain code quality.

• Document changes and create clear hand-off notes for future work.

• Communicate progress and blockers daily to the Head of Engineering.

Requirements (must-have):

• 3+ years of professional experience in AI or machine learning development.

• Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries such as NumPy, pandas, and scikit-learn.

• Experience building, training, and deploying machine-learning models.

• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews.

• Comfortable working remotely and managing time independently.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with deep-learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for model deployment.

• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker.

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for ML projects.

Compensation range will be shared during screening.
