Job Description
Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of modern cloud-native applications using React, NestJS, TypeScript, and GCP. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with team mentorship, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience leveraging Claude Code to enhance development productivity, code quality, and engineering efficiency.
Preferred candidate profile (AI Experience is mandatory)
- 8+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a Technical Lead role.
- Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS.
- Experience building and deploying applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and Distributed Systems.
- Experience with Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, or similar GCP services.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience using Claude Code for AI-assisted software development and engineering productivity.
- Strong understanding of application security, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Experience with CloudSQL for Postgres, AlloyDB
- Knowledge of cloud monitoring, logging, and observability practices and tools
