We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Developer to join our team and build production-grade AI agents and intelligent orchestration workflows.

💼 Experience: 7–12 Years

🔑 Mandatory Skills

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping production software
• Strong, recent hands-on experience with AI Agents / LLM-powered applications
• Strong Python skills and good TypeScript / JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with at least one Agent Framework/SDK :
• OpenAI Agents SDK
• Google ADK
• AutoGen
• CrewAI
• or equivalent
• Experience with LangChain / LangGraph or equivalent orchestration frameworks
• Strong understanding of:
• LLMs & Prompt Engineering
• Function / Tool Calling
• Structured Outputs
• RAG & Embeddings
• Vector Databases
• Context Window Management
• Multi-Agent Orchestration
• Experience with REST / Async APIs such as FastAPI, NestJS, etc.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL
• Working knowledge of React for full-stack integration
• Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
• Hands-on with Docker & CI/CD
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

🤖 What You’ll Work On

• Design and build production-ready AI agents
• Develop multi-agent orchestration and stateful workflows
• Implement tool/function calling and MCP integrations
• Build RAG, memory, embeddings, and vector search pipelines
• Implement guardrails, governance, human-in-the-loop workflows, and audit trails
• Build agent evaluation and observability using tools such as LangSmith, Langfuse, OpenTelemetry , etc.
• Optimize AI applications for cost, latency, reliability, and quality
• Integrate agents across APIs, backend services, and frontend applications

⭐ Nice to Have

• LangSmith / Langfuse / Arize or similar observability & evaluation tools
• MCP experience
• Temporal or durable-execution frameworks
• Event-driven architectures
• Enterprise / regulated environment experience
• SSO, RBAC, data governance & compliance
• Fine-tuning, prompt optimization, or model routing
• Open-source contributions in the AI/LLM ecosystem
