Business Automation & AI Specialist – Full Time

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable automation solutions utilizing AI, machine learning, and robotic process automation (RPA) technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system designs and technical specifications.
• Integrate diverse enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Pegasystems, and other CRM or BPM platforms to streamline workflows and improve data consistency.
• Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data migration, cleansing, and synchronization across multiple database systems including SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Oracle.
• Support system architecture planning by evaluating IT infrastructure components like cloud security (AWS, Azure), virtualization (VMware), load balancing, firewalls, VPNs, and network configurations.
• Conduct system troubleshooting and technical support to resolve issues related to software development, system integration, configuration management, and application deployment.
• Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as Jenkins or Git to ensure rapid delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in solution architecture design with a strong understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and microservices frameworks.
• Extensive knowledge of software development languages including Python, JavaScript, C#, Java, Ruby on Rails, C++, Bash scripting, and.NET environments.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise application development using RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, React Express frameworks, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle Database; proficiency in SQL/T-SQL is essential.
• Strong background in systems engineering principles covering operating systems (Windows/Linux), system hardening for security compliance, vulnerability assessment & management.
• Ability to perform requirements analysis through business analysis techniques; excellent cross-functional communication skills are vital for translating technical solutions into business value.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure along with virtualization technologies such as VMware or ESXi; experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes is preferred.
• Understanding of network security protocols including DNS, DHCP GPOs (Group Policy Objects), firewall configuration, load balancing strategies and threat intelligence concepts.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
