Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of customer business processes, enterprise applications, and the existing Workato implementation to support integration and automation initiatives.

Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify how Workato capabilities can be leveraged to automate business processes and integrate enterprise applications.

Design, build, and demonstrate Proof of Concepts (PoCs) using Workato to validate solution approaches and showcase automation capabilities.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements by preparing BRDs, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process flow diagrams.

Conduct workshops and requirement elicitation sessions with customers, business users, and cross-functional teams.

Identify opportunities for business process optimization, workflow automation, and new feature enhancements using the Workato platform.

Partner with Workato developers, solution architects, QA teams, and project managers to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements through integration, orchestration, and automation solutions.

Support functional validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and customer demonstrations to ensure solutions meet business expectations.

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring requirements are clearly communicated and successfully implemented.

Continuously evaluate customer feedback and evolving business needs to recommend enhancements that improve operational efficiency and user adoption.

• Support pre-sales activities, customer workshops, solution demonstrations, effort estimation, and proposal development related to Workato engagements.
