The Opportunity

We are seeking a strong visual designer who can also manage day-to-day social media execution. This is a hands-on role for a professional who can turn strategy and subject-matter expertise into polished, credible content—and then manage that content from planning through publication and performance review.

The ideal applicant understands that Z2W.AI is not looking for generic motivational content or high-volume posting without purpose. Every asset should strengthen authority, make complex ideas easier to understand, and guide the right audience toward a meaningful next step.

Scope of Services

·     Content planning. Build and maintain a rolling social media calendar aligned with campaigns, offers, authority content, website resources, and business priorities.

·     Social media design. Create polished static posts, carousels, infographics, quote graphics, lead-magnet promotions, thumbnails, story assets, and campaign visuals that follow the Z2W.AI brand system.

·     Short-form video. Edit reels, short videos, clips, captions, hooks, transitions, and branded end cards from supplied or newly recorded footage.

·     Copy and captions. Draft platform-appropriate captions, headlines, calls to action, hashtags, and supporting copy in a clear, professional, human voice.

·     Publishing. Schedule and publish approved content accurately across agreed channels, including links, tags, formatting, thumbnails, and accessibility details.

·     Channel management. Maintain consistent profiles and content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X, with LinkedIn serving as the primary B2B channel.

·     Community management. Monitor comments, mentions, and direct-message activity; respond within approved guidelines and escalate qualified opportunities or sensitive issues.

·     Performance review. Track meaningful performance indicators, identify patterns, and recommend practical adjustments to topics, formats, hooks, timing, and calls to action.

·     Asset organization. Maintain an orderly, reusable content library with clear file names, editable source files, final exports, captions, approvals, and publishing status.

Core Deliverables

·    A current weekly and monthly content calendar tied to Z2W.AI priorities.

·    Original branded designs and short-form video edits produced to the approved plan.

·    Platform-ready captions, links, tags, thumbnails, and calls to action.

·    Accurate scheduling and publishing across approved channels.

·    Routine monitoring of comments, mentions, and direct-message activity.

·    A concise monthly performance report with findings and next-step recommendations.

·    Organized editable files and final assets retained in the designated shared workspace.

The final content volume, turnaround standards, platform mix, approval process, and reporting cadence will be documented in the statement of work. Content quality, strategic relevance, and reliability matter more than posting for volume alone.

·    Content sounds specific and informed—not generic, overhyped, or visibly AI-generated.

·    Deadlines, approvals, and publishing details are managed without repeated follow-up.

·    Monthly reporting explains what changed, why it matters, and what should happen next.

Experience and Capabilities

·    A strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated social media design, especially carousels, infographics, branded campaigns, and short-form video.

·    At least three years of relevant experience in social media design, content production, or social media management is preferred.

·    Excellent working knowledge of Canva and professional image or video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivale…
