About The Role We are looking for a Software Engineer who thrives in a remote, high-growth environment. You won’t just be “maintaining applications”—you will be a key player in engineering the backbone of our platform.

You will design scalable back-end solutions, optimize our AI-driven ranking systems, and collaborate cross-functionally to turn complex requirements into robust, high-performing software. The Tech Stack We believe in using the right tools for the job. You should be fluent in the MERN/PERN stack and ready to leverage AI to speed up development.

• Core Backend: Node.js, Express.js, TypeScript
• Frontend: React.js, Next.js
• Database: MongoDB, PostgreSQL
• The “Secret Sauce”: AI-Assisted Coding (Copilot/Cursor), AI-based Applicant Ranking algorithms.
• Infrastructure: Cloud Operations (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Key Responsibilities

• Build & Scale: Design and implement low-latency, high-availability applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Innovate: Integrate AI-driven features that power our applicant ranking and matching engines.
• Collaborate: Work within a remote, Agile team to refine project requirements and deliver features on time.
• Optimize: Ensure the platform remains robust and scalable as we expand into new global markets.
