Sr Director, Network Strategy & Planning- Work from home

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Director, Network Strategy & Planning- Work from home to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This leader will guide provider network strategy and planning across multiple business lines, shaping initiatives that support long-term growth and competitive positioning. The role will oversee a team responsible for analytics, concept evaluation, and strategic recommendations that inform network decisions. It will also partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to translate research and data into clear business direction.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $121,200 – $225,200 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in developing provider network strategies across multiple business lines
• Evaluate new provider network concepts and ensure initiatives align with strategic goals
• Develop analytics to support network strategies across all business lines
• Create compelling presentations and reports for diverse audiences
• Stay current on best practices and strategic trends in healthcare products
• Ensure team compliance with corporate policies and HIPAA regulations
• Maintain effective professional communication within the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting
• 5 years of management experience
• Strong background in strategic planning, analytics, and research
• Proven experience mentoring staff
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to engage with senior management across departments
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
