Job Description

We are seeking an AI Business Systems Developer to join a growing technology team focused on developing and deploying innovative AI-powered business solutions. This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys combining traditional software engineering with emerging AI technologies to build applications, automations, and intelligent workflows that drive business efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-enabled business applications using Microsoft technologies.
• Build and support web applications, integrations, and automated processes.
• Develop AI agents, skills, and workflow solutions leveraging modern AI platforms.
• Support on-premises and cloud-based AI environments, including local model deployment and inference.
• Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies and tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support.
• Create technical documentation and provide regular project updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of development experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, SQL, or related technologies.
• Experience working with OpenAI APIs and AI development frameworks.
• Experience building AI agents, automations, or intelligent business applications.
• Familiarity with Azure and cloud-based development environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with local LLM deployment platforms such as Ollama, vLLM, or LM Studio is preferred.
• Experience developing MCP servers, AI skills, and agent-based solutions.
• Knowledge of PowerShell, SharePoint, Salesforce, Azure DevOps, or enterprise business systems.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
