Why Silhouette?
At Silhouette quality matters. We’re currently looking for an executive assistant to be a supportive force who empowers our senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. This person will have experience working in an office environment, and have previous experience supporting sales or hospitality executives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, confident, resourceful, and solutions-oriented—someone who can manage competing priorities with grace, anticipate needs before they arise, and confidently navigate relationships at every level of the organization.
If you’re energized by variety, comfortable with ambiguity, and take pride in making things happen, this could be the opportunity for you.
