Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong technology background and proven experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of IT experience, strong program management expertise, and a solid technical foundation in Microsoft .NET with a good understanding of AWS Cloud. The candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise-scale technology programs and collaborating closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple technology programs within the Banking/Financial Services domain.
• Manage programs from initiation through successful delivery.
• Develop program roadmaps, project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with architects and development teams on .NET-based applications and technology initiatives.
• Support AWS cloud migration, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with governance, quality, risk management, and organizational standards.
• Track program performance using KPIs and implement process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager / Technical Program Manager.
• Strong Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
• Strong technical background in Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Good understanding of AWS Cloud services and cloud-based application delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing large-scale, enterprise technology programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• PMP Certification – Mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• PgMP, Scrum Master, or other Agile certifications.
• Experience with cloud migration and digital transformation programs.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture and SDLC best practices.
• Experience working with large banking/financial institutions.
