Job Description
About Enter
At Enter, we’re on a mission to reimagine healthcare operations through automation and AI.
Our platform, Enter RCM , automates the revenue cycle end-to-end. Enter Workers transmit and build claims, check eligibility, post payments, work rejections and denials, retrieve medical records, build appeals, and manage many of the workflows traditionally performed manually by billing teams. Enter Coders continuously inspect claims against coding, billing, payer, and customer-specific rules.
Through Ctrl Enter , we embed LLM-powered workflows and intelligent automation directly into healthcare operations.
We believe the future of revenue cycle management will look fundamentally different from the billing operations of today—and we’re building it.
The Role
We are hiring a Customer Success Manager — AI-First Revenue Cycle Management to serve as a trusted revenue cycle partner to our clients while operating at the intersection of RCM expertise, client management, project execution, and AI automation .
We’re looking for someone who understands how healthcare billing actually works—but doesn’t believe it needs to keep working that way.
You may have worked in revenue cycle management, medical billing, billing operations, healthcare SaaS, implementation, or customer success. You understand claims, payers, denials, rejections, eligibility, coding, payment posting, and the strange edge cases that make healthcare billing extraordinarily complicated.
But when you encounter a revenue cycle problem, your first instinct shouldn’t be:
“Who can work this?”
It should be:
“Why isn’t Enter already handling this automatically?”
Your job is to deeply understand our customers’ revenue cycles and then use Enter’s technology to make them work better.
What You’ll Do
- Own Account Relationships: Act as the trusted point of contact for healthcare clients, running frequent client meetings, business reviews, and day-to-day communication.
- Become an Expert on Your Customers’ Revenue Cycles: Understand how each customer bills, their payer mix, where claims fail, where money gets stuck, and where operational processes break down.
- Solve RCM Problems at Scale: Investigate claim, payment, rejection, denial, eligibility, coding, and payer issues. Look for patterns and root causes rather than treating every claim as an individual problem.
- Drive Implementation Projects: Manage onboarding timelines, workflow migrations, feature rollouts, and cross-functional deliverables.
- Operate AI Workflows: Use LLMs, Enter Workers, Enter Coders, custom agents, and internal automations every day to solve client challenges and eliminate manual work.
- Translate RCM Problems into Automation: Turn billing problems into configurations, rules, workflows, Coders, and Workers that can solve them systematically.
- Partner with Product & Engineering: Identify manual process bottlenecks and work directly with our technical teams to determine what Enter should automate next.
- Drive Financial Performance: Monitor revenue cycle performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve collections, reduce denials and rejections, accelerate reimbursement, and eliminate unnecessary manual processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Real RCM Knowledge: You understand healthcare revenue cycle management beyond the buzzwords. You know how a claim gets from a provider to a payer, how it gets adjudicated, why it gets rejected or denied, and how money ultimately gets posted.
- Client-Facing Presence: High-energy, articulate communicator who can build trust with everyone from billers and revenue cycle managers to CFOs and executives.
- Systems & Automation Instincts: You naturally look for root causes and scalable solutions rather than adding people or manually working queues.
- Project Management Mindset: Extremely organized operator who tracks details, enforces timelines, and keeps complex implementations and client projects moving.
- AI Fluency: You’re excited about using LLMs, agents, and automation as everyday operating tools—and about applying them to problems you’ve previously seen solved manually.
- Intellectual Curiosity: You don’t accept “that’s how billing works” as an answer. You want to understand why something happens and whether technology can eliminate it.
