About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organised and socially confident Lifestyle & Personal Assistant to support our Founder in London.

This is a varied role combining personal assistance, lifestyle management and social coordination. We’re looking for someone who can bring structure to a busy schedule, take initiative and proactively make things happen rather than simply waiting for instructions.

The role will be hybrid, with some work completed remotely and regular in-person support across London.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and organise the Founder’s personal and social calendar
• Research and arrange business, networking and social events
• Organise restaurants, activities, travel and leisure plans
• Assist with shopping, wardrobe purchases and personal errands
• Coordinate sports and other appointments
• Accompany the Founder to selected events and activities when appropriate
• Proactively suggest new places, activities and experiences

About You

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised, reliable, socially confident and discreet .

You’ll be comfortable working independently, taking initiative and spending time out and about in London. An interest in restaurants, events, travel, fashion and an active lifestyle would be a strong fit for the role.

Previous experience in personal assistance, lifestyle management, events, hospitality, concierge or a similar role is helpful, although personality, initiative and good judgement are equally important .

The Role

• This is a contractor position with substantial weekly availability. The role offers flexibility, with a combination of remote work and in-person activities in London.
