Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and implement PeopleSoft HR, Payroll, and Benefits applications and enhancements using PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Application Designer, and PS Query.
  • Develop complex SQL scripts for data processing, reporting, troubleshooting, and research while supporting existing PeopleSoft applications and business processes.
  • Contribute to ERP transformation and cloud migration initiatives, including Workday integrations, Oracle Cloud, and related data migration efforts.
  • Collaborate with users and technical teams to understand business requirements, resolve issues, and deliver scalable solutions while adapting to evolving technologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of PeopleSoft development experience with strong knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules and hands-on experience creating and implementing PeopleSoft objects.
  • Strong programming experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Application Designer, PS Query, and complex SQL; Oracle Database experience preferred.
  • College degree and/or programming certificate, with familiarity or interest in Workday integrations, Oracle Cloud, and ERP transformation/migration projects.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with users and technical teams and adapt to new technologies.
