Job Description
A leading technology consultancy, expert in connecting top talent with innovative IT projects, is seeking a skilled Power BI Developer.
This role offers the opportunity to work independently on critical financial reporting projects for clients, leveraging your expertise to build robust data solutions.
The Role
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, focusing on financial reporting
- Build reports using data within AWS Data Factory environments
- Develop reporting around financial consolidation, P&L, and management reporting
- Translate finance requirements into accurate and user-friendly Power BI solutions
- Work closely with Finance and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs
- Identify and extract relevant data from finance consolidation applications and databases
What You’ll Need
- Strong commercial experience as a Power BI Developer
- Proven experience developing financial reporting solutions in Power BI
- Strong understanding of P&L, financial consolidation, and management reporting
- Expertise in DAX, Power Query, and data modelling skills
- Experience working with databases and extracting data for reporting
- Experience with AWS data environments/Data Factory is highly beneficial
