✅ Must-Have Skills

• 6+ years of Software Engineering experience developing applications/services on public cloud infrastructure

• 2+ years of Cloud IaC / infrastructure deployment pipeline experience

• 2+ years of Agentic AI development experience

• Hands-on experience with RAG and Vector Databases

• Experience developing with LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic

• Strong understanding of AI-powered application architecture

• Proven technical leadership and technology strategy experience

• Experience leading and mentoring distributed engineering teams

• Ability to work effectively in a follow-the-sun / asynchronous environment

• Upper-intermediate English communication skills

💼 What You’ll Do

• Architect GenAI workflows using RAG, vector databases, and LLM APIs

• Build AI systems that generate configuration requirements, Rego policies, and Terraform modules

• Develop AI-enabled cloud security drift detection, continuous discovery, and gap analysis

• Automate generation and validation of compliant Terraform modules

• Generate and validate Rego policies and Regula test cases for CI/CD pipelines

• Design extensible AI frameworks for Cloud Security Tooling

• Drive the technical strategy for AI enablement initiatives

• Lead and mentor a globally distributed engineering team

➕ Nice to Have

• LangChain / LangGraph

• Terraform

• Rego / Open Policy Agent (OPA)

• Regula test cases

• Wiz Custom Configuration Rules

• AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud security services

• Cloud-native security and governance experience
