Job Description

A leading government technology solutions provider, focused on transforming federal agencies with innovative digital experiences and critical support services, is seeking a talented individual.

The Role

  • Execute user-centered design and validation activities for VA digital experiences
  • Partner with Product Managers, UI Designers, SMEs, and UX Lead to improve usability and adoption
  • Support user-centered validation activities across the product lifecycle, including usability sessions and UAT
  • Create UI designs and high-fidelity prototypes grounded in Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles
  • Translate user insights and UX guidance into product-specific flows, interactions, and recommendations
  • Support iterative improvements based on user feedback and HCD input

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience
  • 8-10 years of relevant UX, UI, usability, or product design experience
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience creating UI designs and high-fidelity, interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Experience supporting usability evaluations, task-based testing, or user-centered product validation
  • Experience collaborating with product managers, designers, and developers
  • Clear understanding of Agile methodologies
