Required Skills & Experience
Technical Experience
- 6 – 12+ years of experience in architecture roles , with a proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation and modernization programs and strong client-facing consulting and advisory experience.
- Strong experience with AWS (S3, IAM, CloudFront, Route 53, Aurora, RDS, Redshift) and deep expertise in cloud migration, application modernization, and microservices/distributed systems architecture .
- Hands-on expertise in Agentic AI, LLMs, and AI platform architecture (RAG, orchestration).
- Proficient in Go, Java, Python, Node.js, ReactJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript , with Koa, REST, gRPC, and Thrift for service communication.
- Experienced with event-driven, workflow, and data platforms (Databricks, Airflow, Temporal, Opty), Cypress-based testing, and observability tools ( Datadog, OpsGenie ).
