Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Syracuse, New York (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are representing a high-impact Executive Assistant opportunity supporting a Vice President of Gas Operations & Programs in a fast-paced, confidential environment. This position offers the chance to keep senior leadership organized, prepared, and fully supported while managing complex calendars, travel, communications, and administrative priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage extensive calendar activity, including prioritizing meetings, workshops, appointments, and conferences across the US and the UK.
• Coordinate complex travel logistics, including itineraries, domestic and international flights, accommodation, transportation, and meeting arrangements.
• Support executive preparation by organizing pre-read materials, maintaining confidential information, and handling routine correspondence and files.
• Reconcile monthly expenses, review direct reports’ time entries, and help maintain organization structure charts using a variety of applications.

Required:

• Relevant C-suite level Executive Assistant or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to manage high levels of confidentiality and act as a trusted confidante.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay on top of multiple priorities and matters at all times.
