Description
Marketing Manager
Finney Hospitality Group (FHG)
**Full-Time $50,000–$60,000 annually**Help Us Tell the FHG Story
Great restaurants are about more than great food. They’re about the energy, the people, the experiences, and the moments that keep guests coming back.
Finney Hospitality Group is looking for a creative, energetic Marketing Manager who knows how to capture those moments and turn them into content people actually want to see!
You’ll help shape how our restaurant brands show up online and in their communities—from creating scroll-stopping social content and promoting new menu launches to capturing the energy of a packed event or finding the perfect way to tell a restaurant’s story.
This isn’t a role where you’ll spend every day behind a desk. You’ll be out in our restaurants, collaborating with our teams, creating content, testing new ideas, and helping our brands stay fresh, relevant, and connected to our guests.
If you’re creative, curious, organized, and always thinking, “We could make something cool out of this,” we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Bring our brands to life on social media by creating engaging photo, video, and written content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Own the content calendar and keep our brands active, relevant, and consistent.
- Create content people want to engage with, from short-form videos and restaurant highlights to promotions, events, team features, and everything in between.
- Get out into our restaurants to capture the food, people, atmosphere, and experiences that make each concept unique.
- Build and execute marketing campaigns around events, seasonal offerings, menu launches, promotions, and company initiatives.
- Show up where the action is by attending restaurant and community events when needed to capture and share content.
- Collaborate with restaurant leaders and the FHG support team to uncover new opportunities to drive traffic, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Protect each brand’s personality while keeping messaging and visuals consistent across digital and print materials.
- Pay attention to what’s working by monitoring engagement, trends, and performance and using those insights to make our marketing even better.
- Stay ahead of social trends and bring new ideas, formats, and creative concepts to the table.
- Experiment. Create. Improve. Repeat. We want someone who isn’t afraid to try something new and learn from it.
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need to check every box. We’re more interested in finding someone with the right combination of creativity, initiative, personality, and drive.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field — preferred, but not required.
- Have marketing, social media, internship, or content creation experience — professional experience is great…
