Position Summary

The Web Optimization Specialist drives growth in qualified online leads for Amada Franchise, Inc. and its franchisee network. The role owns search and conversion optimization across both traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery channels, builds and maintains corporate and franchisee websites, and partners directly with franchisees to improve their digital presence. The objective is simple: increase inbound client inquiries and conversion at a lower acquisition cost, directly supporting franchisor and franchisee revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Own SEO, GEO, and AEO strategy so Amada and its franchisees rank prominently in classic search results and AI-generated answers (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews).
• Plan and execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) across corporate and franchisee websites, including A/B testing, landing-page improvements, and lead-funnel refinement.
• Build, launch, and maintain corporate and franchisee websites, ensuring performance, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and technical SEO health.
• Serve as the primary resource to franchisees on SEO/GEO/AEO initiatives, troubleshooting issues and advising on local search visibility.
• Implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels, measuring impact on lead volume, quality, and cost.
• Monitor analytics, keyword performance, and AI-search visibility; report on KPIs and translate findings into action.
• Stay current on search-engine and AI-assistant ranking developments and adapt strategy accordingly.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SEO and conversion optimization, with familiarity in emerging GEO/AEO (AI-search) practices.
• Hands-on website building and maintenance experience (CMS platforms, HTML/CSS; technical SEO a plus).
• Proficiency with analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, and leading SEO platforms).
• Strong grasp of digital marketing campaign execution and measurement.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advise non-technical franchisees clearly.
• Self-directed, data-driven, and comfortable owning outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
