Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Developer to support and enhance enterprise collaboration and knowledge-management platforms, with a primary focus on Viva Engage and SharePoint Online .

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience with C#/.NET, Microsoft Graph API/SDK, PowerShell, and SharePoint Online , along with experience developing enterprise-grade integrations, automation, and migration solutions.

This role will work closely with business teams, third-party vendors, engineering, security, governance, and compliance teams to onboard users and communities, support platform integrations, and migrate content from legacy platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support enterprise applications and infrastructure tooling for Viva Engage and Microsoft 365 .
• Design and develop custom migration tools and solutions for onboarding and transitioning from legacy platforms.
• Build enterprise-grade applications and integrations using C#/.NET and Microsoft Graph API/SDK .
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online administration.
• Support onboarding of business units, teams, and communities to Viva Engage.
• Troubleshoot complex integration, onboarding, migration, and production issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, security teams, and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment plans, system configurations, standards, and operational procedures.
• Support change management, governance, compliance, and production deployment processes.
• Respond to escalated support issues and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Work with internal teams supporting LDAP, Web Proxy, Security Architecture, Governance, and Compliance .

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of application development experience with C#, .NET, and SharePoint.
• Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online .
• Proven experience developing enterprise applications that integrate with Microsoft 365 using Microsoft Graph API/SDK .
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with SharePoint Online Management Shell .
• Strong understanding of OAuth, SAML, SSO, and enterprise identity integrations .
• Experience troubleshooting complex enterprise environments with multiple integration points.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Viva Engage and its integration with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience developing SaaS onboarding workflows, lifecycle management solutions, and automation tools .
• Experience supporting large-scale platform or content migrations .
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code .
• Knowledge of e-Communications requirements, information barriers, data classification, and data loss/leakage prevention.
• Understanding of HTTPS, TLS, digital certificates, and web proxy technologies .
• Experience with enterprise collaboration, community, or digital workplace platforms.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
