Role & responsibilities

Required Skills

• 1020 years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, AI/ML, or technology strategy.
• Strong experience in AI Strategy and Enterprise AI Transformation.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, AI Agents, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and AI-powered applications.
• Experience developing enterprise AI roadmaps and transformation strategies.
• Strong understanding of Cloud, Data, Analytics, Automation, APIs, and modern enterprise technology.
• Experience with one or more major cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / Google Cloud.
• Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, MLOps / LLMOps / AgentOps, model evaluation, observability, and productionization.
• Strong understanding of AI governance and Responsible AI.
• Excellent consulting, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proven experience working with senior executives and global clients.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI Operating Model and AI Center of Excellence (CoE) creation.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, Databricks, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of AI agent frameworks and orchestration technologies.
• Understanding of MCP, tool calling, function calling, multi-agent systems, and autonomous workflows.
• Experience with digital process transformation, intelligent automation, and business process re-engineering.
• Knowledge of TOGAF, ITIL, SAFe, Agile, Design Thinking, or other transformation methodologies.
• Experience in creating executive-level AI strategy presentations and business cases.
• Relevant certifications in AI, Cloud, Architecture, Consulting, or Project Management are desirable.

Leadership Expectations

• Lead multi-disciplinary AI transformation teams across business and technology functions.
• Mentor consultants, architects, data scientists, and AI engineers.
• Establish reusable AI transformation frameworks, methodologies, and accelerators.
• Drive innovation and adoption of emerging AI technologies.
• Take ownership of transformation outcomes and ensure measurable business value.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• MBA or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution is an advantage.
