Customer Support Agent for AIApply - AI Tools for Jobseekers (Afternoon/Evening Shift, UK Hours)

Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team and provide exceptional support to users of AIApply - AI Tools for Jobseekers. This role covers our 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (UK time) shift. You will be responsible for assisting users with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding them on how to use our AI tools effectively.

What you’ll be doing:
Handling email, videocall, and chat support for users of our AI-powered job search tools — answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and helping people get the most out of the product, consistently through your shift.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to empathize and provide outstanding customer service

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of AIApply - AI Tools for Jobseekers (or willingness to learn quickly)

Reliable internet connection and availability for the full shift
