Job Description
Bachelors Degree/College Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience Experience: 4-7 Years in Palo Alto
Technical skills:
- Expert level knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls including advanced troubleshooting. Must have Palo Alto Certification.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN and network protocols.
- Knowledge of Site to Site and Remote access tunnel.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and commands to ensure quick resolution to issues.
- Advanced level skill in firewall policy management.
- Ability to manage support cases with external technology vendors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Must be able to easily analyze and communicate complex ideas to all levels of management.
- Sensitivity and cultural awareness are essential as the role will involve contact with a variety of people around the globe.
- Discipline and experience in recognizing and handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Understanding of Palo alto cloud security solution Prisma.
