AVP, Infrastructure (IaC / Multi-Cloud Architecture / AI) - REMOTE

For our client, we are seeking a AVP, Infrastructure (IaC / Multi-Cloud Architecture / AI) - REMOTE to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This leadership role will guide infrastructure strategy across a complex healthcare technology environment, with a strong emphasis on cloud-enabled modernization and operational resilience. The selected candidate will shape how network, storage, hardware, and software capabilities are designed and delivered to improve performance, scalability, and reliability. This position also plays a key role in reducing implementation timelines and costs while enhancing the experience for internal and external stakeholders.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and direct IT infrastructure strategy and vision
• Innovate and oversee infrastructure as a service for network and storage
• Plan and implement organization-wide hardware and software systems
• Enhance customer experience while reducing costs and implementation times
• Lead continuous improvement in network design and implementation

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT network and infrastructure services within large, matrixed environments
• 5+ years of management and leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Expertise in enterprise architecture across complex technology ecosystems
• Strong knowledge of cloud, virtualization, and containerization technologies
