Manager, Applications - ADF/ETL/AI - Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Applications - ADF/ETL/AI - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead a team responsible for application development and management with a strong focus on ETL, reporting, and data platform modernization. You will partner closely with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into practical technical solutions that improve reliability, efficiency, and delivery outcomes. The position also plays a key role in advancing automation and AI adoption while guiding architecture decisions and managing risks across multiple priorities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for ETL packages and reporting
• Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions
• Drive platform modernization from SSIS to Azure Data Factory
• Enhance AI adoption for automation and continuous improvement
• Facilitate coordination across engineering, QA, and business stakeholders
• Identify resource constraints and risks in project delivery
• Guide teams in application architecture and operational reliability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience in application development and management
• Experience with ETL processes and healthcare data
• Proficiency in Azure Data Factory (ADF) and SQL
• Knowledge of AI technologies and automation
• Strong leadership skills with a people-first approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
