• 10–15 Years of IT Experience – MUST
• AWS Infrastructure & Networking – MUST
• Migration Assessment & Dependency Mapping – MUST
• Migration Planning & Execution – MUST
• Migration Waves, Cutover & Rollback – MUST
• Windows/Linux – MUST
• IAM & Security – MUST
• Backup & DR – MUST
• AWS Migration Tools – MUST
• Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management – MUST

Key Responsibilities

• Assess applications, servers, databases, dependencies, performance, security, compliance, and cloud readiness.
• Execute migration waves using Rehost, Replatform, Relocate, or Repurchase approaches.
• Work with AWS Landing Zones, VMware, Windows/Linux, Networking, IAM, Storage, Databases, and Backup/DR.
• Handle data synchronization, connectivity, testing, cutover, rollback, and issue resolution.
• Prepare migration runbooks and ensure Day-1 service continuity.
• Validate migrated workloads for availability, performance, security, monitoring, backup, and cost optimization.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, application, network, security, database, and business teams.
• Prepare documentation and hand over migrated services to cloud operations.

Important – Migration Experience is Mandatory

Candidates must have hands-on, end-to-end AWS cloud migration experience. Candidates with only AWS Administration or AWS DevOps experience and no hands-on end-to-end AWS migration experience should NOT apply.
