Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and maintain complex software applications using CMDB tools such as Discoverer and Mid Server.
- Troubleshoot issues with existing configurations and provide solutions to resolve problems efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in IT operations management (ITOM) processes.
- Develop configuration management plans to ensure consistency across multiple environments.
Job Requirements :
- 6-8 years of experience in software engineering or related field.
- Strong understanding of design patterns, installation procedures, troubleshooting techniques, and configuration best practices.
- Proficiency in working with CMDB tools such as Discoverer and Mid Server.
