About the Role:

Title: Sr. SAFe Scrum Master - Agentic AI

Job Type: Contract (12 months to start)

Location: 100% remote

• We have an immediate long term 100% remote contract opening for a Scrum Master to support a high-visibility Digital Agent initiative focused on Agentic AI capabilities.
• This role requires a servant leader who can operate comfortably in a complex, fast-paced environment while partnering effectively with technical teams, product leadership, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
• We are looking for a well-rounded leader who can balance Agile leadership, technical understanding, stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and project execution to help drive successful outcomes for a strategic AI-focused initiative.

Must Have Skills:

• Experience supporting AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Automation, or emerging technology initiatives.
• SAFe/Scaled Agile (minimum 2 years’ experience working in a SAFe environment
• ADO/Azure DevOps Services (1+ years’ experience of recent ADO experience facilitating agile team practices and support the application of the Scaled Agile Framework).

Key Qualifications

• Proven Scrum Master experience supporting highly technical product and engineering teams
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Prior Release Train Engineer (RTE) experience or demonstrated ability to operate at a program level
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to engage effectively with architects, engineers, platform teams, infrastructure teams, and product leadership
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and help teams navigate changing priorities and evolving requirements
• Demonstrated success managing complex dependencies, risks, impediments, and stakeholder expectations
• Experience providing executive-level delivery updates, release readiness status, and key risk communications
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and stepping beyond traditional Scrum Master responsibilities when needed to support delivery success
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across business and technology organizations
• Experience with Miro.
