Senior AI Developer

Technical Skills Mandatory

• Lead design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry.
• Define AI architecture and technical standards leveraging Azure AI services and Azure OpenAI.
• Drive end-to-end AI lifecycle including experimentation, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Guide teams on Responsible AI, governance, security, and compliance.
• Mentor AI engineers and provide technical leadership across projects.
• Collaborate with business, cloud, data, and product teams.
• Present AI strategy, delivery updates, and outcomes to leadership.
• Ensure model performance, scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry (prompt flow, pipelines, evaluations).
• Experience with Azure OpenAI Service (GPT models, embeddings, fine-tuning).
• Strong expertise in LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Azure Machine Learning, MLOps, and cloud-native deployments.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, containers, and scalable architectures.
• Proven experience leading AI/ML teams and enterprise AI projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor, review designs, and enforce best practices.
• Strong hands-on Azure AI Foundry experience is mandatory.
• Candidate should have delivered production-grade GenAI solutions.
