Sr AI Engineer(Customer Facing Role)

Were looking for an AI Engineer with 5+ years of experience who can build and deploy production-grade AI solutions and work directly with customers.

The ideal candidate combines strong Python/software engineering fundamentals, hands-on GenAI experience, and excellent communication skills.

What Youll Do

• Work directly with customers to understand business problems and design AI solutions.
• Build and deploy LLM, RAG and Agentic AI applications for enterprise use cases.
• Develop intelligent agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Build RAG pipelines using vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate or FAISS.
• Develop scalable Python APIs and backend services.
• Work with customer data and technical teams to integrate AI solutions into production.
• Manage AI solutions end-to-end from data preparation and development to deployment, monitoring and optimization.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Solutions teams and provide customer-driven product feedback.
• Follow best practices for code quality, scalability, performance and reliability.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or software/backend engineering.
• Strong Python skills and experience building scalable APIs/backend services.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG and/or AI Agents.
• Experience with LLM platforms such as GPT, Gemini or similar.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar agentic frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems.
• Strong understanding of ML/Deep Learning and production AI systems.
• Experience working directly with customers or enterprise stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and operate comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
• MLOps/production AI experience.
• Experience in AI startups, product companies or AI services environments.
• Experience building customer-facing AI products.
