Human Resources Assistant Admin
La Habra, CA
$24–$27 per hour | Full-Time
VIP Rubber & Plastic Company is seeking a Human Resources Assistant Admin to support daily HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate onboarding and complete Form I-9
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data
- Track training and compliance
- Assist with benefits and employee questions
- Support attendance and payroll processes
- Help with recruiting and scheduling interviews
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of HR or admin experience
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Excel skills required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
