The Role & Duties

Based in the Banking and Finance team, this role offers something a little different from the usual transactional work. The Partners work across financial markets, regulation and technology, including derivatives, digital assets, payments and data and they are looking for someone who wants to be genuinely involved in matters, understand the work they do and what they are trying to achieve for their clients, rather than simply providing administrative support.

On a day to day basis, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel
• Preparing and amending legal documents and correspondence
• Liaising with clients
• File and matter management (electronic and hard copy)
• Monthly billing and time entry
• Opening and closing matters
• General administrative support to the team

About You

• 2+ years experience as a Legal Secretary
• Confident using legal billing software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise
• Friendly, adaptable and team-focused
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
