Responsibilities

• Teach science subjects including biology, chemistry, mathematics, and computer science with an emphasis on AI-related topics like biochemistry, genetics, organic chemistry, calculus, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, differential equations, discrete math, molecular biology, microbiology, cell biology, and laboratory research techniques.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles and ensure accessibility for students with special educational needs or diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Manage classroom activities effectively while maintaining a positive environment that encourages curiosity and active participation.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to develop interdisciplinary projects and share best practices for curriculum implementation and instructional design.
• Assess student progress through standardized testing, project evaluations, and formative assessments; provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Integrate IT tools into lessons seamlessly to promote digital literacy and enhance scientific research skills among students.

Skills

• Strong foundation in science subjects including biology (cell biology, genetics), chemistry (organic chemistry), mathematics (algebra, geometry, calculus), and related fields such as microbiology and biochemistry.
• Experience designing curricula that incorporate advanced topics like molecular biology, biochemistry, differential equations, discrete math, and genetics.
• Proven ability to teach middle school or high school students effectively within classroom settings; experience working with teenagers is highly valued.
• Proficiency in integrating learning technology into lesson plans to facilitate interactive instruction and virtual labs.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging students from diverse backgrounds while fostering an inclusive classroom environment.
