Job Description
A well-funded US technology company is hiring an FP&A professional to take end-to-end ownership of its Pigment planning platform while helping modernise finance through AI and automation.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role combining FP&A, financial systems and practical automation. Pigment will sit at the centre of budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling, with significant autonomy to improve how these processes work.
The role
- Own and administer Pigment across models, hierarchies, integrations and outputs
- Lead hands-on budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and variance analysis
- Build practical AI agents and automations to improve existing finance workflows
- Partner closely with FP&A, Accounting and IT
- Translate financial models and outputs into clear insights for senior leadership
- Train and support business users on Pigment and new processes
What they’re looking for
- 5+ years of FP&A, strategic finance or closely related experience
- Genuine hands-on ownership of Pigment, ideally 1-3+ years
- Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting experience
- Experience building and deploying AI agents or automations used within a business
- Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or another major ERP
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with senior stakeholders
- Broader Anaplan, Adaptive or other EPM experience is valuable
This is not a people-management role. The successful candidate will remain close to the models, systems and data and have significant ownership over how the function operates.

Compensation: $140,000-$160,000 base + 20% target annual bonus.
Location: Remote US, with occasional travel to Austin, TX or Plantation, FL. Candidates near either location are particularly welcome.
