Commercial HVAC Estimator/Project Manager

Onsite (Hammond, IN)

Full Time/Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

•Estimate commercial HVAC projects from plans, specifications, & bid documents.

•Perform material and labor takeoffs & obtain vendor/subcontractor pricing.

•Manage projects from contract award through completion and closeout.

•Coordinate with customers, general contractors, vendors, subcontractors, & field personnel.

•Manage project budgets, schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, & billing.

•Identify & resolve project issues while maintaining schedule & profitability.

Qualifications:

•5+ years of commercial HVAC estimating/project management experience.

•Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems & construction practices.

•Ability to read mechanical plans & specifications.

•Strong organizational, communication, & problem-solving skills.

•Experience with estimating & construction management software preferred.

•HVAC field experience is a plus.
