The work is highly visible and constantly evolving, offering exposure to some of Ramp’s most important teams, priorities, and decisions
  • We are currently hiring three Executive Assistants to support leaders across GTM, Finance, and Legal. We generally look for the same core qualities across our EA team: exceptional judgment, discretion, adaptability, and the ability to build trusted partnerships. During the initial conversations, we’ll learn more about your experience and preferences and discuss where there may be the strongest mutual fit
  • Partner closely with senior leaders to manage their time, priorities, and day-to-day execution
  • Own complex, high-volume calendar management across multiple executives, navigating frequent changes and competing priorities
  • Manage executive inboxes as needed, including triaging communications, drafting responses, flagging urgent matters, and ensuring important items receive timely attention
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel with close attention to efficiency, executive preferences, and changing business needs
  • Plan and execute leadership meetings, offsites, team events, customer or partner engagements, and cross-functional working sessions
  • Draft, organize, and manage communications on behalf of executives when appropriate
  • Serve as a central coordination point across internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and follow-through
  • Track action items, deadlines, and commitments, proactively prompting executives and partners to keep work moving
