Role Description
The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Mango Pixel provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the CEO in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and creative environment.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Riverside, CA , with flexibility to work from home part of the time while being regularly available onsite for meetings and critical business activities.
This position goes beyond traditional executive assistance. The Executive Assistant will support the CEO across all businesses, ventures, clients, partnerships, and special projects under the CEO’s responsibility , serving as a central point of coordination to help ensure priorities move forward across multiple organizations and initiatives.

The Executive Assistant will also help the CEO track projects, priorities, commitments, and deadlines across multiple businesses , coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, partners, and executives, and ensure action items are followed through to completion.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. They should be able to anticipate the CEO’s needs, identify issues before they become problems, follow up without being asked, and help bring structure and accountability to a dynamic business environment.
Because the role involves access to confidential business, financial, client, and strategic information, discretion, professionalism, sound judgment, and trustworthiness are essential .
This role is best suited for someone who can become the CEO’s right-hand person —someone who understands the bigger picture, keeps multiple businesses and initiatives organized, and helps the CEO stay focused on the highest-priority decisions and opportunities.
